Clear and fair cancellation terms
We understand that plans can change. Our cancellation policy is designed to be fair to both you and our business. Please read the following terms carefully.
More than 48 Hours Before Tour
If you cancel your booking more than 48 hours before the scheduled tour time, you are eligible for a full refund.
Refund: 100% of the booking amount will be refunded to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
24-48 Hours Before Tour
If you cancel your booking between 24 and 48 hours before the scheduled tour time, you are eligible for a partial refund.
Refund: 50% of the booking amount will be refunded to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
Less than 24 Hours Before Tour
If you cancel your booking less than 24 hours before the scheduled tour time, no refund will be provided.
Refund: No refund available. However, we may be able to reschedule your tour (subject to availability) for a small rescheduling fee.
Special Circumstances
Weather-Related Cancellations
If we cancel a tour due to severe weather conditions (heavy rain, storms, extreme heat), you will receive a full refund or the option to reschedule at no additional cost.
Medical Emergencies
In case of a documented medical emergency, please contact us as soon as possible. We will review each case individually and may offer a full refund or rescheduling option.
No-Show Policy
If you do not show up for your scheduled tour without prior notice, no refund will be provided.
How to Cancel
Online
Log into your account (if you have one) and cancel your booking through the booking management page.
Send an email to us with your booking reference number.
Phone
Call us during business hours.
Rescheduling
If you need to reschedule your tour, please contact us at least 24 hours before your scheduled tour time. Rescheduling is subject to availability and may incur a small administrative fee.
We will do our best to accommodate your preferred new date and time.
