2.1 All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation by Cycle Tirana.

2.2 Full payment is required at the time of booking unless otherwise stated.

2.3 We accept payment via credit card, debit card, and other methods as specified on our website.

2.4 All prices are in Euros (€) and include applicable taxes unless otherwise stated.

3.1 Participants must be at least 12 years old. Participants under 18 must be accompanied by a parent or guardian.

3.2 Participants must have a reasonable level of fitness and be able to ride a bicycle.

3.3 Participants must inform Cycle Tirana of any medical conditions, allergies, or physical limitations before the tour.

3.4 Participants must follow all safety instructions provided by the guide.

4.2 Cycle Tirana reserves the right to cancel tours due to weather conditions, insufficient bookings, or other circumstances beyond our control.

4.3 In case of cancellation by Cycle Tirana, participants will receive a full refund or the option to reschedule.

5.1 Participants acknowledge that cycling involves inherent risks and agree to participate at their own risk.

5.2 Cycle Tirana maintains liability insurance for all tours. However, participants are strongly advised to have their own travel insurance.

5.3 Cycle Tirana is not responsible for loss or damage to personal belongings during the tour.

5.4 Participants are responsible for any damage caused to equipment through negligence or misuse.

6.1 Participants must behave respectfully towards guides, other participants, and the general public.

6.2 Cycle Tirana reserves the right to remove any participant from a tour who behaves inappropriately, without refund.

6.3 Participants must not consume alcohol or drugs before or during the tour.

7.1 All content on the Cycle Tirana website, including text, graphics, logos, and images, is the property of Cycle Tirana.

7.2 Photos taken during tours may be used by Cycle Tirana for promotional purposes unless participants request otherwise.
